Give Thanks to a Teacher

The alarm goes off in the morning. How many of us at one time or another have heard our alarm clock go off and thought, “I just want to roll over and go back to sleep.” But for our preschool teachers here at FoC, that means you have to be in your classroom awake and ready to greet every student as they run or straggle in, morning after morning, day after day.

Jesus/Josh is Coming! Jesus/Josh is Coming!

Yes, if you look at the calendar, Advent is upon us and we are once again getting excited for Christmas. “Prepare the way of the Lord!” (Luke 3:4)  I’ve almost heard these same words, and sensed this same excitement level, for our new senior pastor, Josh Nelson.
